Claims & Return Policy
All compalins or claims for defects must be made in writing to smile_ckchanphotography.com no later than 10 days from the date of delivery. If no such claim is made, we'll consider all printed products have been received in good condition and therefore is an acknowledgment that ckChan Photography has successfully performed all terms, conditions and specifications.
In the event of a laim, the defective product must be returned to us and ckChan Photography will, at it's sole discretion, determine wether to repair or reproduce the product at no additional charge. However, the cost of returning the product to us is bourne by end-user.
